We are currently seeking an experienced individual to be our next Account Manager-Sales to join our team in our Stafford, TX 77477 location.

Who We Are:
We have been in business for over 30 years in Stafford, TX area with currently 120 employees and GROWING! . Most of our employees have been with our company between 5 and 15 years. Our location is conveniently located directly off a major freeway for easy access. Our current, custom-built facility consists of 19,500 square feet of office space, 9,200 square feet of Showroom, and 80,000 square feet of warehouse.

About the Role:
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for the following tasks.

What youll do:
Core duties and responsibilities include the following.

  • Effectively resolving customer issues
  • Answering phones, purchase orders, sales orders, and data entry
  • Reviewing plans to verify counts, and accuracy
  • Arranging and scheduling shipments to job sites
  • Ordering of project specific materials through coordination with Purchasing Department
  • Compiling of product submittals and review of plans
  • Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned by management
Our Perfect Candidate

Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma
  • Ability to interpret plans (shop drawings)
  • Knowledge of construction terminology, and various municipal building department regulations to ensure proper and timely permits
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Applications including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Publisher, Teams, SharePoint, and Word
  • AutoCAD and/or Sketchup skills helpful, but not required
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish helpful, but not required

  • Time management skills to prioritize and meet deadlines
